To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice, order confirmation, or receipt) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and lingerie

  • Socks or hosiery

  • Accessories such as jewellery or face masks

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Discounted or final sale items

3. Return and Exchange Procedure

6. In-Store Purchases

  • Items purchased directly from a Premium Outfitts retail store must be returned or exchanged in-store, with the original receipt.

  • Online returns cannot be processed for in-store purchases.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

  • Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and the standard return process applies.


9. Important Notes

  • Premium Outfitts reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

  • Returns made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

  • Promotional or discounted items may only be eligible for exchange (not refund).
