1. How can I place an order online?
You can easily place an order through our official website or social media pages.
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and colour, add the items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and online card payments through secure gateways.
Payment instructions will appear clearly during checkout.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Bangladesh.
Simply select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
4. How long does delivery take?
We deliver orders inside Dhaka within 1–3 working days and outside Dhaka within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking message once your order has been dispatched.
5. How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges vary based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
We occasionally offer free delivery on promotional campaigns or orders above a certain amount.
6. What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details.
Refunds are processed after inspection, usually within 7–10 working days.
7. What if my item doesn’t fit properly?
No worries! You can exchange your product for a different size (subject to availability).
You can also contact our team for size guidance before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
8. How can I find my correct size?
Please refer to our Size Guide available on each product page.
It includes measurements in inches for chest, waist, hips, and length to help you choose the right fit.
9. Will sold-out items be restocked?
Yes, many of our popular styles are restocked regularly.

10. Do you take custom or preorder requests?
At the moment, we do not offer custom tailoring.
However, preorders may be available for limited-edition releases — details will be announced on our social media platforms.
11. How should I care for my Premium Outfitts clothes?
For best results, please:
Wash similar colours together
Use mild detergent
Avoid bleach and tumble drying
Iron on low to medium heat
Care instructions are also printed on the label of each garment.
